“Undiagnosed disease ” in Nigeria has alarmed the country.
Ezra Joshua, Secretary of Sir Patrick Yakowa Hospital in Kaduna state, said in a statement that 5 people died and 10 people were hospitalized due to the yet undiagnosed disease in the state’s Kafanchan region.
Joshua stated that the investigations into the cause of death of the person who lost his life are continuing and noted that some of those brought to the hospital had cough and vomiting.
Joshua urged parents to stop referring their children to local doctors, and urged them to quickly refer them to the hospital if they see any signs of illness.
